YOUR TAILORED FLOOD REPORT WILL CONTAIN

  1. A summary and detailed description of the key flooding risks and characteristics for your site, including:
    • Peak Flood Depth – Providing the maximum depth of stormwater calculated at all points across your site. If relevant to your property, we’ll also provide general information on characteristics such as: overland flow paths; localised ponding; carports; and fences.
    • Peak Flood Velocity – Providing the maximum velocity of stormwater calculated at all points across your site. Again, if relevant, we’ll provide information on the effect of surface materials that may assist in risk mitigation of flooding impacts.
    • Peak Flood Hazard – Providing the maximum hazard of stormwater calculated at all points across your site.
  2. Detailed imagery of your site and the impacts of these key flooding characteristics. To ensure you understand the origin of flooding on your property we will also include a property boundary buffer.
  3. Suggestions and steps to assist you in mitigating any flooding risk at a local and more broader catchment scale.
